VAI is a very athletic and graceful long-range motor yacht. Relying on the experience and lessons learned from all previous models, Bering 77 has one on-deck departure. VAI displaces 364,000 lbs (165 mt) and shares the bul- bous bow, hard-chined hull sides, and twin gondola skeg underbody of her sister’s ships.

Her bow is very high off the water and prominently featu- res two large pocket anchors tucked into the gorgeous stainless steel backing grill. VAI has a range of over 4,000 miles at a cruising speed of 8 knots and can travel continuously for several weeks nonstop – letting her crew enjoy the journey while crossing the seas.

My biggest passions are sailing and the sea.
During my life I’ve always preferred sailing in the sense of sporting activity.
As a rational human being, I’m fascinated by the possibility to control elements like the wind, the sea and the weather conditions by observing them. I’d like to know about the changes in advance so as to act quickly.

Participating at the races is something very close to my philosophy of life… the path analysis, the strategy, the achievement of the goal due to the teamwork, the study and the knowledge of the elements.
I loved my sailboats named “VAI” and “E-VAI” and I’m certain that the future of sai- ling will continue with “I-DEA”, carefully projected with the most performing mate- rials to participate at the main races.

Anyway, the sea can also be perceived as a relaxing moment, a total distention and extreme comfort. From this, the idea of acquiring “VAI”, a solid, elegant steel shuttle Bering 77, equipped with the best control system and conducted by highly qualified staff to guarantee the absolute security and tranquillity in navigation.
